Changing an Item Class

1. When you first enter the Item Class option a Select An Option window will appear listing all item classes defined within the system. Scroll to the item class that needs to be modified.

2. Command options will appear:

• Change – Select Change to make changes to the item class.
• Delete – Select Delete to delete the item class.
• Exit – Select Exit to exit and return to the Select An Option window.

Select Change.

3. Make the necessary changes to the Item Class Name field then press Enter.

4. Command options will appear:

• Exit – Select Exit to exit without saving changes and return to the Select An Option window.
• Update – Select Update to save changes.

Select Update. Your changes have been saved.

Important: Your changes are not saved until you select Update.
